La Parilla

A fine dining Grill House and Bar, La Parilla was created by a lovely house wife, Mireille Hayek.

After she got married and started cooking for her family, Mireille Hayek realized she had a talent, and so did her husband and brother, whom later motivated her to take the next step and provide the opportunity for people to try her lovely dishes. In 2006 Mireille H. made her passion her life and opened her first restaurant in Lebanon “La Parilla” along with her brother as managing partner. La Parilla’s menu is an assortment of international dishes; exquisite salads, raw variations of meat and fish, fine steaks and side platters. Mireille is known for her passionate nature, which is why she always makes sure to be up to date with food trends and consistently adds and enhances her recipes. The food is prepared in a health conscious way and the grilled is purely grilled with no use of oils or fats. Available is also a wide selection of fine wines and champagne to suit your preference and refined taste. Their décor is a fusion of modern, classical and European design mixed and merged in a way that will delight your perception.
