5 DAYS ELEMENTAL ACROYOGA IMMERSION with Oliver Chamo & Sonia Peltzer

Come on! Join the Yoga-obsessed crowd; you know you want to.

This event has finished

The second AcroYoga Elemental Immersion in Lebanon is here! In case you were wondering, Yoga (all of its off-shoots I can barely spell) has become somewhat of a religion in Beirut. There are Lebanese Muslims, Lebanese Christians, Lebanese Druze and Lebanese Yogis. For those, like me, who are follow a different religion, here's a brief synopsis to tide you over in conversation...or practice.

The Elemental Immersion is the integration of Yoga, Acrobatics and Healing Arts. It introduces the full spectrum practice of AcroYoga in a safe, supportive atmosphere. The mindfulness of yoga creates a steady foundation from which to explore the power of Acrobatics and the loving-kindness of Thai Massage. The interplay of all three disciplines will empower everyone to embody the practice with grace, ease, and joy.

The 5 day course covers the following skills:
Lunar & Solar Asana
Supine & Prone Thai Massage
Forward & Backward Therapeutic Flying
Spotting & Inversions
Acrobatic Training Techniques & Flying Transitions

To fit your schedule and your needs, AcroYoga offers the option to drop in to the first day, the second day or both the first and second day or the first 3 days of this Elemental Immersion.

For the serious yogis out there, notethis course fulfills a pre-requisite for the AcroYoga Teacher Training. For the uninitiated, think you could convert? If so, hurry up and register as places are limited. Call +961 3 029734 or email  info@beirutyogacenter.com.
