All our desserts and breads are gluten-free, lactose-free and white sugar-free.
We use organic brown sugar, organic coconut sugar and organic agave syrup, the finest local honey, and a lot of fruit purees, dates, and dried fruits.
The grains and seeds used in our kitchen to replace wheat are many and vary from a product to another. We use almond, buckwheat, rice, tapioca, chickpeas, millet, sorghum, potato and many other…
We mainly use organic coconut oil, grape seed oil, and the finest local olive oil.
We bake with love to feed our children and their friends and our own friends.We hope you become part of the family to share with you our passion!
