Pate a Choux

An excellent pastry shop that serves some of the best Eclairs in town.

Pate a choux is the French word of a pastry dough used in the creation of several crowd-pleasing desserts. An apt name for a dessert shop that has been pleasing customers for years. What started off as a small baking business in Broumana has grown into four different branches across the country, namely in Sodeco, Verdun and Antelias. Go in and take your pick from reasonably priced single-dessert pieces or make a hostess very happy and hand her a strawberry tart from Pate a choux.

From Mille Fueilles, Eclairs to pies and cheese cakes, you can’t go wrong at Pate a Choux. The Tarte au citron – or lemon pie- (with or without eggs in the batter) is a safe bet. Still, if you’re at a loss, the knowledgeable staff will be happy to help and guide through your worst waistline nightmare: delectable treats that are one hundred percent will-proof. You wont be able to resist. Don’t bother trying.
