Maxime Le Forestier chante Georges Brassens at Byblos International Festival

Byblos International Festival 2016

This event has finished

One of France’s most celebrated singer-songwriters, Maxime Le Forestier pays tribute to Georges Brassens, a monument of French Chanson. Le Forestier, famous for “San Francisco” or “Mon Frère”, has such an admiration for Brassens that he recorded his complete works in 2005, a total of 171 songs.

An intimate and exquisite treat for francophiles and a rare occasion to enjoy and sing along “Les Copains d’abord”, “Le Gorille”, “Les Amoureux des Bancs Publics”, “La Mauvaise Réputation” or “Les Passantes”.
