Edde Sands Hotel and Wellness Resort

An expansive hotel resort in Lebanon’s historic city Byblos, Edde Sands has something for everyone, whether the avid party-goer or a sizeable family. The more traditional hotel is located five minutes from the resort and has 28 rooms overlooking the Byblos Citadel.The historical Old Souk of Byblos is a walking distance from the resort.

The food options at Edde Sands are plenty and change to suit summer and winter tastes. Celebrated among them is the Lebanese fish restaurant, La Peche Du Jour, which offers fresh fish and sea food specialties. The Oriental Nightclub offers delectable dishes from Morocco to India. Starlight Lounge, on the rooftop of the hotel, appeals to those with a penchant for spectacular sea-side views and Italian cuisine.

In the summer Edde Sands’ beach summer parties are the talk of the town – the enticing “Sunday champagne showers” might appeal to a younger crowd.  Food stations dole out BBQ, salads and desserts.
