One of our favourite nights of the season!
Bedouin is a Brooklyn-based production & DJ partnership between nomads Rami Abousabe and Tamer Malki who are creating their own idiosyncratic spell of melodies and rhythms.
Together they share an eclectic sonic vision that pulls from diverse influences owing to their Middle Eastern heritage, Western upbringing, and world travels. Their combined musical backgrounds and ever-evolving taste captures the sensibility of imagination and constantly explores the connection between ourselves and the future.
Focusing on production of genre defying electronic music, David’s sound can best be described as deeply melodic journey into the mind that can leave you whiplashed much like a rollercoaster. As the vibrant strings of acoustic guitar resonate over thick bass lines, you can feel a warm glow in your heart, interrupted only by an occasional conga riff. His dj sets leave one standing drenched in sweat, completely exhausted from the satisfaction of losing yourself in the dark beats and the lush melodies.
Cyril Bitar and Ahmed Elwan became the DJ duo Human Resources after first converging in LA and instantaneously finding synergy with one another. Their complementary acumen in music and culture spawned the right recipe for rhythmic harmonies and luscious melodies.
Personal reasons kept him away from us this summer but he's making his big room comeback this Saturday. Our very own resident will be setting the tone and warming up the floor.
9-3am 33$ 1 drink
