Mounir

Considered by locals as the best Lebanese restaurant in Lebanon, Mounir never disappoints

One of the country's most famous restaurants, this classy place just off the highway on the border of Beit Mery and Brouman is known for its admirable refined and totally delicious food. Compromising of forests of pine and oak trees, a private vineyard, vast gardens, waterfalls, with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea, Mounir’s restaurant stands for excellence in Lebanese food.

The restaurant has been welcoming customers for over 35 years, some which include esteemed clients like politicians, society’s elite crowd as well as tourists who come to enjoy the beautiful setting, service, and quality Mounir has well been renowned for. It can host up to 800 customers during summer when the terrace is open.

An added plus, Mounir is open all year round, serving over 50 specialties. It offers popular dishes cooked to perfection; Mounir has it all. Guests can choose specialties from  around the four corners of Lebanon: mutabbal/babaghanoush , hummus, falafel, kibbeh, kibbe Nayye, halloumi cheese, labneh, shanklish, muhammara, fattoush, rocket, artichoke salad, mashawe (grilled meat and chicken skewers) to name a few. It is very suitable for couples, big groups, as well as families especially while boasting a large garden area set-up for the little ones to play.

Mounir has its own garden where tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, and all local vegetables are produced organically and served fresh every day. The best are the complimentary fresh fruits and the choice of Lebanese sweets presented at the end of the feast.

It is a top destination for tourists who come and enjoy the full package which includes a view, fresh ingredients, a large choice, arguileh and good food.
