The human figures are the central theme in Saadi Al Kaabi’s latest works. Man is an essential and vital creature in our world. He depicts man in his suffering contradictions. His works point out the importance of adopting a stance or an attitude, defining the artist’s skill in choosing style and becoming creative. Creativity is always subjected to whether or not one is committed. Saadi Al Kaabi certainly is a committed artist; his commitment is a combination of a stylistic, technical and social position. Political, national and spiritual beliefs enable an artist to be committed to his own art and thus results in creativity based on harmonious elements.
Saadi Al Kaabi is born Najaf/Iraq, held many solo exhibitions and participated in several exhibitions in Baghdad, Paris, Rome, New York, Moscow, Stockholm, Berlin, Prague, Beijing, Ankara, and in the Arab world.
