Four months into opening and this place is already rocking Mar Mikhael. Another crepe joint, right? Wrong. This sleek crepe bar (no, really, it’s a bar too. The cocktails and shots kind) serves tasty creative crepe – and waffle-concoctions at affordable prices. It all started with a passion for crepe making, an enthusiastic inner circle asking for more and a trip to NYC. The result are crepes with innovative and generous fillings in the heart of Beirut.  Try their signature Bailey Burst if you like your crepe spiked or their Knefeh revolution crepe if you are blessed with a fast metabolism (ok, who are we kidding? Fast or not, you will be packing on the fat with this one).
CRP factory’s late opening hours make for a good post-clubbing snack option. The place is small with only limited seating but an expansion is slated for the near future to accommodate more sit-in customers. Don’t forget to ask about monthly specials; this month, it’s the Frankfurter-wrapped crepe that takes the cake.
