From a simple passion to the creation of a restaurant, the spoonteller was founded by the owner, Mrs Samia Sarkis, because of her never-ending love of cooking. Located at the periphery of Kaslik, its secluded location allows for a calm atmosphere, only a few kilometers away from Beirut.

A very cozy interior design makes you feel right at home, ideal for family outings, as well as romantic dinner or fun friendly lunches. The menu might appear to be one of international cuisine, but the spoonteller created a twist for each and every dish offered, making them special and therefore all in all, the specialty of the place.

Other than the fact that each dish has an unusual extra to it, the presentation is what makes you want to order it, and you will not be disappointed by the real version, as the portions are of good quality, and more than satisfying. Another major aspect of the place’s concept is its wide variety of wine, as it offers local and international bottles of white, red, and rosé wine.

Even though the restaurant is a non-smoking area, customers who prefer to have an open space are welcome at the terrace where they can enjoy their meal and their after-dinner or after-lunch cigarette.
