"Embody the Change" / 108 Sun Salutations! Join Shiva-Lila family on Sunday, November 15th @ 10:00 am at Martyrs' Square for a special Yoga event led by Shiva-Lila's founder and Yoga Master Mirabai to help restore prana (positive energy) and raise consciousness towards harmony.
