My rating is low because of disappointment of service and portions:
After trying several times to pass and try the ice-cream from its source (i have tried it before in cafés) since it closes oo early at 8 for an outlet in mar mkhayel, i finally made it with a friend.
We were poorly welcomed by a grumpy person who was not happy to serve any customer! after asking about the portions, we asked to taste the salted caramel so he gave us one tasting spoon (we were two), when i asked where if the tin infront of him is for disposal he pointed to the garbage bin behind the door. Anyway we picked the three "scoops" cone, and picked our flavors only to be disappointed that a scoop is in fact served using a spatula which meant that if you combine the three scoops they hardly give you one normal size one and therefore could not indulge on any flavor. And the portion served differs like the sorbet "scoop" was practically double the ice-cream.
The server was also inpatient holding my cone while i was trying to get the money to pay. so overall w left dis-satisfied and practically at a point of wiping our faces from the "imaginary slap in the face" we almost had!
