A hotel with the character of a private home
The Regency Palace Hotel fashions itself as a property with the character of a private residence. Guests are provided with the comforts of home away from home. Sprawling 13,500 square meters and perched atop the hills of Adma, the hotel overlooks the crystal blue bay of Jounieh which has attracted up-scale clientele for a decade.
The lavish palace was built in a Spanish-inspired style and features 120 guest rooms, from junior suites to the two-bedroom penthouse suite. Most rooms overlook the Jounieh bay or the mountains. The hotel’s varied facilities also make it an ideal venue for that all-important business conference out of town. An array of meetings rooms are fit to equip small to large business gatherings.
The elegant Jade Ballroom, with a capacity for 2,000 people, is ideal for big weddings. Staff and caterers consider each wedding with a customized approach, to suit individual tastes and budgets.
In terms of catering, the hotel’s four restaurants cover all the bases from East to West. The Chinese eatery Long Yin restaurant includes Szechuan, Cantonese, and Hu’nan items in both a set and a la carte menu. The Middle Eastern Al-Sabil restaurant offers a selection of traditional Lebanese foods made with fresh ingredients and capable chefs. For more formal dining options Le Giverny focuses its menu on exquisite European dishes. For a more intimate gathering the English-style salon Hemingway’s Lounge is perfect for an evening drink or tea party.
If the weather permits, guests can also bask in the summer sun by dining at Pergolas’ outdoor terrace which also overlooks the sea and mountains. The restaurant offers plenty of options from Pan-Asian to European food.
