Forest Frequencies - Gathering of the tribes

A Pow Wow has a meaning that runs deep into the roots of Native American cultural traditions and practices. It is a time when secular and sacred are intertwined; a time for spiritual enrichment and individual reflection; a time for tribes and clans from all corners to meet, dance, sing, heal and honor culture.

Forest Frequencies 2015, is inspired by those practices. We look upon each other as different tribal clans, coming from diverse musical backgrounds, uniting all music genres in one gathering, celebrating our diversity, and dancing as a form of personal expression, cultural identity, and physical enjoyment.

Another aspect of Native American spirituality is the belief that all elements of the world- the sky, the grass, the rocks, the animals, the wind, the sounds, the people - are relatives, and are to be recognized and treated with appropriate respect. Worshiping, singing, dancing and helping others are all means of spiritual participation by which the first nations unite with these elements and with each other… Let us honor these traditions, whatever is our musical clan affiliation, the presence of each one of us makes up the Pow Wow…

HOW TO GET TO FOREST FREQUENCIES:
From Jounieh high way, take a right exit to Ghazir, keep going all the way up till you reach Casino Al Kattine, then follow the signs leading to Chahtoul Camping or Forest Frequencies. 45 Min ride from Beirut
Park your cars at the designated Forest Frequencies secured parking space, where a free of charge festival bus shuttle will drive you to the location. 

PS: Shuttles go back and forth every 1HR, 24/7 during the entire festival. 
It's a 10min drive, strictly no cars allowed on location

CAMPING AT FOREST FREQUENCIES:
Doors open on Thursday Aug 20th at 12 noon. Attendees will be able to find their preferred spots and install their tents. Chill-out music will be playing throughout the day.
Spacious Camping areas bring your own tent – Free of charge

REGULATIONS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
Forest Frequencies is an open air music festival. By attending and participating in any way you agree full responsibility for yourself and your actions. Management reserves right to refuse entry. Violent & indecent behavior will not be tolerated.
*Banned and Illegal substances would not be tolerated and we are not responsible for any individual found with such substances. Any such suspicion will lead to dismissal of right to party.
*All are ought to be wearing the bracelets that will be given to you at the entrance. Your damaged bracelets will be changed on request. Individuals sighted without a bracelet must buy a new ticket, otherwise they will be escorted outside by our security.
* No Outside Food & Drinks permitted on the location premises.
* This festival is STRICTLY 18+
* This Festival is Animal friendly! Your pets are welcomed
