A Phenomenal Singer/Bassist, born in Cameroon to a family of musicians, Richard Bona’s hunger for music fed into his great talent and inner energy, turning him into a star in his own right. He created many of his own musical instruments with his own hands, including flutes and guitars (with cords strung over an old motorcycle tank). He performed with Jazz legends such as Joe Zawinul, Larry Coryell, Michael and Randy Brecker, Mike Stern, George Benson, Branford Marsalis, Chaka Khan, Bobby McFerrin, and Steve Gadd.

Today, a living legend in world music and jazz, with 8 world-renowned albums to his name, Richard Bona and his quintet is coming to Baalbeck to inspire us with his distinctive music and voice, a special melange of Afro melodies rendered in a superb figure of jazz.
