Bkassine Festival is one of the leading festivals in South Lebanon. It takes place in front of a magnificent 100-year old Church. The Church is a jewel of Lebanese architecture with its stone brick red roofs, heavy wooden doors, marble floors and superb stained glass windows. The second and last day of Bkassine Fest will be hosting the superstar Ragheb Alemeh.
About Ragheb Alemeh:
Singer, composer, television personality, and philanthropist. He appeared as a contestant on the talent show broadcast Studio El Fan, on which he received the Platinum Award. He has won two Murex d’Or Awards, his albums have made him one of the most commercially successful singers in the Arab world. He was appointed United Nations Environment Programme’s ambassador on climate change for the Arab world.
