BeyBQ opened its first gourmet barbecue restaurant concept at Bouyouti. The setting offers you the chance to enjoy live cooking and a delicious meal in the midst of a verdant paradise, nestled in the heart of the Chouf mountains. The experience starts the moment you enter the gated entrance where you are surrounded with a backdrop of tranquil greenery and colorful flowers, and is accentuated when you start smelling the barbecue.
The menu includes tomahawks, lamb racks, pork ribs, tenderloin steaks and seared salmon, delicately smoked on charcoal and wood. Our assortment of hand crafted cocktails and select wines are perfect for toasting friends, family, and colleagues.
We prepare all our food with great care. Everything is made daily in front of our guests so that they may see for themselves how the food takes shape. Our staff is passionate about the food they prepare and serve and will actively explain to you the cut of beef, its origin, expected taste profile, and answer any additional questions you may have.
