Beirut Yoga Center

“A space to breathe, to share knowledge, experience and wisdom, and to get in touch with ourselves and follow the light within”. Is your curiosity piqued yet?

Yoga has developed somewhat of a cult following in Lebanon in recent years. Located in the posh and central neighborhood of Saifi, the Beirut Yoga Center is your go-to zen spot. It offers a regular schedule of weekly classes in addition to workshops, events and yoga retreats. Moreover, Beirut yoga center specializes in Thai Relaxing Therapy including various Thai traditional massage techniques like Thai Reflexology massage, Oil massage, and advanced Thai massage, in addition to basic Ayurvedic treatment.

Loyal to the very essence of the word Yoga, which derives from the Sanskrit “Yuj”, which in turn means “to join, to unite or to connect”, the Beirut Yoga center was conceived to be a place for connection, balance and bringing the self to a harmonious state. With any luck, you’ll learn to come back to yourself, to find your limits, expand your boundaries, and mostly be comfortable with who you are. The premise is simple: as you open your body and mind with yoga postures and breathing, you become receptive to the delightful and profound experience of inner stillness.

Nowadays, there are different forms of Yoga. Though most styles have common roots, each has its own unique features. For different styles, different yoga instructors have been provided, both highly trained and passionate about sharing their love of yoga with others.

If you think Yoga is an alien form of communication, you may question whether you would be Yogi material. Fair enough. Just remember: the only pre-requisite to tapping the Yogi within you is a willingness to learn Yoga’s ways and ideas. It does not actually require any special equipment or clothing. What it requires is your will to have a healthier, stress-free life. We would be game for that, wouldn’t you?
